What we are looking for

A strong pitch has one central question, a distinct angle and a clear reader benefit. It might explain why a planning choice works as it does, compare two ways to shape a trip, explore a relevant piece of travel history or offer a grounded approach to a particular kind of weekend. Keep the idea specific enough to avoid becoming a generic destination roundup.

Make the proposal useful

Tell us the working title, the article's main point, who it is for and how you would handle it. We favour evergreen subjects that remain useful without relying on unverified claims or a fixed list of local rules. Do not include confidential material, and be clear about any relevant commercial interests.
